at last : 解析:　　at last 是指经过种种周折、磨难、等待、延误或努力以后,终于得以做成某事,出现了预期的结果。该短语在句中作状语,可位于句首或句末。例如:

in the end:一般情况下等于at last, 但in the end 更侧重结果,尤其是经过周折、努力、等待之后出现的结果不是所期待或等待的结果时,就不能用at last, 只能用in the end。例如:
